New Forest Green Rovers Sponsorship Deal

For a while now Bute Island Foods has been kicking around some ideas to get the Sheese message across to as many people as possible.   And then it came to us - why not get involved in the world 's only vegan football club?

And so we are delighted to announce that we have signed a sponsorship deal with Forest Green Rovers FC, who play in the English League Two and are based in Nailsworth in Gloucestershire.   During the 2019-2020 season, our Sheese banner will be clearly displayed along the touchline for all spectators to see.   And who knows, if Forest Green do particularly well, maybe the television cameras may come to watch!

As well as our banner display, we will be hosting a Sheese tasting event at the ground, and supplying the club with our Sheese for their catering.

Forest Green is the only 100% vegan football club in the world, and are proud of their healthy lifestyle which they say contributed to their fifth place finish in the league in the 2918-19 season.   Sustainability is central to everything they do at Forest Green Rovers.   From solar panels and electric vehicle charging points at their ground, The New Lawn, to their vegan matchday menu, they strive to be the greenest football club in the world.
