Get Ready for Plant Powered Expo!
January 27, 2020We are less than a week away from one of the UK's biggest vegan events - Plant Powered Expo 2020. The expo, being held at Olympia London on the 1st and 2nd of February, is sponsored by Bute Island Foods, and so naturally we have a vested interest in ensuring the event is a huge success.
Plant Powered Expo welcomes people from all walks of life. Among the topics covered are Plant Powered Planet, Plant Powered Lifestyle, Plant Powered Fitness, Grow Your Own, alongside The Vegan Academy offering an introduction to the history of veganism, and some of the differences and similarities between veganism and plant-based diets. Two cookery theatres will focus on Continental Cuisine - Cookery Classes carrying a continental focus and the Eazy Vegan Kitchen looking primarily at street food. The Global Food Court will have a sumptuous array of plant-based cuisines from 12 handpicked caterers, while the Taste Plant Based area will have sampling sessions for an assortment of plant-based food and drinks, on top of the Artisan Food Creative Classes showcasing the makings of plant-based Sheese, milks and 'meats '.
Over 100 stalls will showcase some of the best plant-based products on the market, and there are 80 speakers from different disciplines including experts from a number of areas related to plant-based living.
The show dates and the location - the iconic Olympia National - guarantee a fresh dynamic crowd hungry for new plant-based options and excited to be a part of the growing plant powered revolution.
