New York! New York!
June 27, 2019Last weekend some samples of Bute Island Foods' Sheese donned the Stars and Stripes and headed across the pond to New York, courtesy of our friends at Coombe Castle. Our partners were appearing at the Summer Fancy Foods Show at the spectacular Javits Center in Manhattan from 23-25 June, and by all accounts our Sheese went down very well!
The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food industry event in North America, and the premier showcase for industry innovation, with exciting events, programs, and exhibitors. It was THE place to see and taste the future of food, and we were grateful to Coombe Castle for taking us with them!
Coombe Castle pride themselves in flying the British flag. They have been exporting the very best of British cheese all around the world, and travel to many events to showcase the products. And of course we are delighted that they include our very own dairy-free alternative!
