More BBC Good Food Success!

Further to our reports of Bute Island Foods' success in a  BBC Good Food review, the full list of winners has now been published.   And we are delighted to report that out of nine winners and highly commended vegan cheese, six of them are our products!

Reviewed in January of this year, the blind taste test sought to find the best vegan alternatives to cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, feta  and cream cheese.   In the Cheddar category, the winner was our Free From Mature Cheddar for Asda, with our Ocado Cheddar alternative winning a Highly Commended badge.   Our Sainsbury Free From Greek Style was named the best Feta alternative, while our own-branded Original Creamy Sheese was named the winner of the vegan soft cheese category, with our Asda and Sainsbury versions winning High Commendations.

It is gratifying that our products are so highly praised, and shows that if you can't find our own-branded Sheese, you can always pop in to your local supermarket and check our their Free From ranges.   The full results of the BBC review can be viewed  here.
