Kettle Chips Sheese & Onion!

Crisps - or potato chips to our North American friends - are a staple snack in any kitchen cupboard.   And so we are delighted to announce that Bute Island Foods has teamed up with makers of quality crisps, Kettle Chips, to produce the brand new Kettle Chips Sheese & Onion crisps!

The brainchild of vegan chef duo  Henry Firth and Ian Theasby of  BOSH!, the exciting and innovative crisps are entirely vegan.   It may surprise you that many meat varieties of crisps are in fact vegan, but there have been few options when it comes to the perennial favourite, cheese and onion.   And with our premises on the Isle of Bute being dedicated vegan, consumers can be confident that there is no chance of any form of cross-contamination.

The new vegan flavour will feature our very own Red Leicester Style Sheese.   Customers will be able to get their hands on these delicious Kettle Chips from early January in independent retailers Budgens, closely followed later that month by major supermarket chains Tesco and Morrisons.

This partnership is yet another exciting development in the history of Bute Island Foods, as we work hard to reach more and more markets with our products.
