Now that Christmas and New Year are out of the way, it seems a long trudge towards the new life of Spring. But we have the perfect winter-warming recipe to keep your spirits high, even though it may be cold and stormy outside!  On those cold nights, what could be better than a hearty and delicious Cheesy Double Squash Pasta Bake.

The latest recipe from our resident chef Pamela Higgins, this is a simple recipe using ingredients you are bound to have in your kitchen cupboards, along with some Edam Style Sheese from your favourite vegan and dairy free cheese producer – Bute Island Foods.
