The Vegan and Kosher Mild Cheddar style Sheese, our non-dairy alternative made with Coconut oil, is so easy to use in any kind of recipe, that you can clearly go wild with the Mild.
When you open a pack of Mild Cheddar style Sheese, besides an inviting sheesy aroma and light creamy colour, you discover its nice firm, and the fact that slicing it is a snap! So naturally, it makes it the perfect topping for pizza, toasts, and a highly recommended ingredient for your toasted sandwiches (last time we tried, it was with slices of tomato and some spicily aromatic basil *yum*). You can also adapt the popular American snack in doing your very own ‘Sheese and chips’ with Mild Cheddar style (or ‘Sheese and crisps’ really, if you’re in U.K.) which is very easy to prepare: simply sprinkle finely grated Mild on top of Tortilla chips for instance, then heat till it melts (shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes in a microwave oven, as Sheese melts very well!). Here, you’ve got an invitingly Sheesy snack, perfect for barbecues, parties, or simply to be enjoyed on a lazy day.
