Welcome to our Events & Fanzone page. Bute Island Foods invites you to email us details and pictures of your
events where Sheese is sampled or used, or why not send us your favourite recipes using
Sheese. If you have a Sheese and wine party, send us some pictures and your reviews.
Or simply send a picture of yourself in your hometown or in front of a famous landmark
holding your favourite Sheese! and tell us a few words about yourself and where you buy Sheese.
Paws For a Party will be held at the Whitworth Art gallery on Saturday the 7th of November, details below.
* "Paws for a Party" - an ethical and animal-free gala evening in aid of the RSPCA Manchester & Salford Branch.
* The night includes a vegan wine reception, 3 course vegan meal and live entertainment throughout the night as
well as stalls from leading animal welfare organizations.
* Tickets cost £25, with early bird 10% discount on full table bookings before 30th Sept.
* This is a chance for like-minded people to enjoy a truly cruelty-free evening.

Many thanks to everyone who helped make the above a great success. An amazing £220.60 was collected. Viva! are receiving
£60 for raffle tickets plus £50.30 from the stall donations. Animal Aid are receiving £50 from the sale of 50 purple poppies plus
£60.30 from stall donations. The main aim however was, by example and information, to influence people to live a healthier
& more sustainable life. This I am confident we achieved. For example one lady, who had originally declined to sign the
foie-gras petition, on reading the literature was appalled & changed her mind. A number of other visitors said they would
become vegetarian or vegan after tasting various products.
Among the companies that contributed and that we would like to thank were: Bute Island Foods.
Their range of vegan Sheeses were very popular & people couldn’t tell the difference between them & ‘ordinary’ cheese!

Hi Bute Island, I’m writing on behalf of MVC to say a massive thank you for your company’s support of our organization
and our most recent vegan food give-a-way in Birmingham city centre. We had a brilliant day and it was one of our most
successful events yet – from 11 o’clock onward the lovely public enjoyed the best of vegan ice cream, meat-free meats,
sushi, dairy-free cheeses and assorted goodies. Even with six of us and 4 x 4ft tables we were still swamped, and it was
a brilliant sight to behold. People were genuinely thrilled to taste something new, explore new foods and many
wanted to know where to get such goodies – we were, of course, only too happy to oblige them and sincerely hope
we’ve found you some new ethically-conscious customers. Our events are all about showing people that vegan
food has never tasted better, and we are hugely grateful for your help in our quest. We couldn’t have done it alone!
Here’s to great-tasting vegan food, and events to come. We’d love to work with you again in the future,

Bute Island Foods were recently one of the sponsors of a team from the Extreme Vegan Sporting Association who climbed the
famous Three Peaks challenge, and in doing so raised £1,900 for Animals Count a UK political party for people and animals.
This is another great example that a Vegan diet can be both exciting & very healthy.
Many thanks to the Vegan Vixens who recently did a photo shoot wearing our Sheese T-Shirts! They are doing
a great job promoting a healthy and fun lifestyle. Kimmy and the Vegan Vixens said "we feel sexy when we eat Sheese"
