SMOKED CHEDDAR SHEESE has a
distinctive hickory smoke flavour which smells wonderful. |
Smoked
Cheddar is a rich flavoured Sheese which is ideal for calzones (stuffed
pizzas),
potato bakes, bagels, and in
wraps and salads, giving your food that hint of ham -
that is so popular
in many a country's cuisine (without ever harming a pig).
Smoked Cheddar
will give character and variety to your Sheese board
and delight your senses.

Why not try a
slice of Smoked Cheddar
Sheese
on your vegan or veggie burger. |
Or make a nice
soya creamy chowder, grating some over each bowl before serving. |
If you like
salsa (the spread, not the dance) try some of this in your
favourite recipe. |
Spice up your
Sheese flans and pies or just cut some into cubes, kick off your shoes, |
open a bottle of
Chardonnay and enjoy whilst unwinding in front of the telly... |

Interesting historical snippet: The word Cheddar originates from the
village of that name in Somerset, England, |
where they would constantly turn the drying slabs of cheese curds to help
remove the liquid whey. |
This process was unique to the cheese makers
there and came to
be known as 'cheddaring'. |
Thank
goodness we can now enable cows to enjoy a natural life feeding their
babies from |
their
own milk as nature intended (we can make our own milk from soya, rice
and oats). |
It's
better for the cows - better for us - better for the
planet. |
