MEDIUM RED CHEDDAR has a wonderfully mild flavour which is ideal for all your favourite Sheese dishes. Why not treat yourself to Medium Cheddar Sheese on toast; cut generous slices of Sheese and lay on the bread of your choice. Drizzle a little olive oil over the sliced Sheese - season with ground paprika, sea salt & black pepper - and place under a hot grill. Scrummy. It's perfect for Sheesy sauces too, or in a 'doorstep' of a sandwich with lashings of pickle.
