muffins, or spread thickly on toasted crumpets. Stir it into your favourite sauces or

soups, to make them creamier and thicker. It's ideal in mashed potato, or melted on

  fresh new potatoes, asparagus or peas, instead of margarine. It gives your pasta 

 recipes a new lease of life and transforms your vegetable pies.

Garlic & Herb Creamy Sheese and Avocado Bruschetta

Try adding GARLIC & HERB Creamy Sheese to your Guacamole (avocado-based dip) &

give the Aztec relish a 21st century twist. Enjoy it baked on Bruschetta

(an Italian dish of grilled bread rubbed with garlic, topped with extra virgin olive oil),

freshly ground black pepper and sprinkled with broad-leaf parsley or fresh basil.

Spread it on your pizza bases, or add it to the pizza dough.

Use instead of margarine on grilled pita bread pockets, before you stuff them

with salad and fried tofu. Use in Gazpacho (a Spanish soup which is served cold)

as a refreshing summer starter or light lunch.
